Click the Regulator riding into the sunset to pull up the November 2003 Premier Web Site issue of  Tales of The Trail.  Down loading may take a while because there are plenty of pictures, but give it a try.  Broadband users will find the wait more acceptable.  Additional issues will be added monthly and the specific month word will be the link.
